Syria: Civilians 1/3 of the victims of the Russian attacks

The air strikes conducted by the Russian air force in Syria have claimed the lives of 2,132 people and almost one third of the victims were civilians, today announced the NGO Syrian Human Rights Watch, based in Britain.
