To give Greece a new start Schaeuble

Inviting Members of the Bundestag to vote for the third Greek support program, sent a German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble, in his introductory speech at the special sitting of the Federal Parliament.
Greece must stand fast on her feet, said Wolfgang Schäuble, requesting the affirmative vote of German MPs for the adoption of the third support program to Greece. In the words of Finance Minister of Germany since the Greek Parliament adopted already, much of the planned measures, "it would be irresponsible not to give Greece the possibility of a new beginning."
"If you do not pay this money, the Greek economy will not be able to get ahead," said Mr. Schaeuble and stressed that the disbursement of the assistance will be made in installments, with the assurance of the implementation of the necessary commitments. He expressed the belief that ultimately the IMF will decide on participation in the program and appeared confident that there will be consultation in respect of Greek debt sustainability. He ruled out, however, again the potential "haircut" but spoke of margins on the extension of the loan repayment period.
German Finance Minister attached particular importance, both in need of rapid recapitalization of Greek banks, in order to gradually eliminate capital controls and running the economy, and the Fund of privatization, the timetable and the program which is expected Greek proposal in October .
"There can be no guarantee that everything will work in the best way," admitted Mr. Schaeuble, but stressed that if Greece its promises and fully implement the program, then only can the Greek economy to grow. "The opportunity exists, let's hope that they will seize," he said and explained that the German government thought very carefully the pros and cons, solidarity in Europe, but also responsibility towards other States participating.
"For many reasons we need a Europe that can kinithei- and that includes the exhibits and solidarity. It was not easy for me to arrive at this decision. This is why I urge you to vote ", concluded Mr. Schaeuble.
Negative for the third Greek program placed the head of NB the party "The Left» (Die Linke) Gregor Gizi, criticizing the agreement reached and stressing that this does not alter the solidarity of his party to the Greek people and Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras.

Mr. Gizi noted that this program created new debts to cover old and highlighted the fact that Germany does not now pay a single penny for Greece, while it has the same save 100 billion euros by the crisis, due to interest rate policy, which, he said, and again brought against citizens, whose purchasing power has decreased.
