The leader of North Korea Kim Jong Un said that his country has manufactured nuclear warheads in miniaturization which can be mounted on ballistic missiles, and ordered improvements in the power and accuracy of its arsenal, according to the national media today. Kim has urged the army to prepare to take preventive attacks against the United States and South Korea and is ready to use nuclear weapons, bringing tons of confrontation after the imposition of new sanctions by the United Nations and South Korea.

The United States and South Korea began joint exercises this week with North Korea to the accused for "nuclear war moves" and threatening to respond with war without limits.

Kim's statements today were the first direct reference to the allegation that he had often done in the state media that his country had been able to make out a nuclear head that can be mounted on a ballistic missile, a claim which has been widely questioned.
