Syria: Dozens killed in air strikes in Pakala
Dozens of people were killed or wounded today by a series of air strikes in the city raccoons, north Syria, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, which has its headquarters in Britain.
The dead included women and children, and wounded more than 60 people. It is not clear if the attacks carried Syrian or Russian air forces.
