Canada: Beware the black widow
The Canadian authorities warn residents of Halifax for the release of a 80chronis woman who, they say, remains unrepentant criminal "high risk" despite her age and the fact that it has served many years in Canadian and American prison for murdering or "stripped "husbands and lovers.
If Melissa Shepard released conditionally and Halifax police immediately issued a statement warning residents of the city for "its presence in the community."
The "black widow", as they call it in Canada is prohibited to access the Internet, the "source" where in recent years he found the victims. The Sheppard was released five years later, in 2009 and immediately deported to Canada.
