Mn. Obama: I pray for the Christians of the Middle East
The US President Barack Obama said yesterday that he and his wife Michelle pray for persecuted Christians as it prepares to celebrate Christmas worldwide.
Underlining that the occupation by the Islamic Republic (IR) of some regions means that Christians who live there will have to express their beliefs and celebrate discreetly, Obama said in a statement issued by the White House, "In some areas of the Middle East where the church bells are meant for centuries on Christmas day this year will stay silent. " "This silence is tragic testimony to the brutal acts of violence these communities that have suffered from ISIL» (the acronym of the Islamic State which controls regions of Syria and Iraq).
