Letter B. Thanou in Z.K. Juncker
Grateful for the commitment of providing support from the European Commission and by him personally, to fulfill the duties of Staff Greek Government expresses the premier Royal Thanou Christofili in a letter sent today to the President of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker.
The text of the thank-you letter is as follows:
"Dear Mr. President,
Thank you very much for your letter of congratulations, on her assumption of my duties as Prime Minister of Greece.
The Caretaker Government to the extent of its powers and respecting the European commitments already undertaken in the country, will make every effort to continue the work of stabilizing the economy.
At the same time, we as a government priority to ensure effective management of ever-growing refugee and migration flows in Europe, in cooperation with the European Union and the countries of the region. The need for a single and robust response of the host, European and international issue, can only be a major issue for all European governments and the future of the European Union. "
