State of emergency was declared Ferguson USA
The County of St. Louis today declared a state of emergency in Ferguson, Missouri, citing the violent incidents in the city on the anniversary of the death of an unarmed black teenager, Michael Brown, of the ammunition of a white police officer.
"Recent acts of violence will not be tolerated in a community who worked so tirelessly last year to rebuild and become stronger," said Steve Stingker, the head of the principles of St. Louis County, in a statement issued .
Prosecutors indicted earlier Monday against a 18 year old man for assault against the authority in Ferguson, after the exchange of fire in which was involved with police the previous night.
