The Italian government will propose to the partner countries of the European Union identified migrants rescued at sea already from the moment you board the ships rushing to save them, said Italian Interior Minister Angelina Alfano. "So we have hotspots at sea," explained Alfano during a joint press conference with the European Commissioner for Immigration and Home Affairs Dimitris Avramopoulos in Catania, Sicily.

Referring finally to the proposal of the Italian Interior Minister Angelina Alfano for creating mobile hotspot units said that examined very seriously by the Commission and considers that it will probably be accepted.
