Illegal judged the strike of Lufthansa pilots
German court ruled that the pilots of Lufthansa should stop their strike mobilization, which led to the cancellation of some 1,000 flights and which were launched in the context of the conflict with the company's management for cost cuts and wage issues.
The pilots' union Vereinigung Cockpit said that the decision means that all pilots must return directly to work, although it was not clear when they will resume flights. Often, after strikes, it takes extra time to return the aircraft to airports which must be in order to carry out the routes.
The strike by pilots began before approximately 18 months. Initially, the aim was to avoid changes in the early retirement, but in recent months the pilots reacted and the expansion of low-cost flights on Lufthansa.
