The Trump closes borders for citizens seven countries

American organizations defending individual rights, among them the strong ACLU, appealed to court against the decree of Donald Trump to prohibit entry to the United States citizens seven Muslim countries.
The action against the Trump and the Secretary of Homeland Security was filed this morning in federal court in New York by the Union Civil Liberties and other defense organizations of rights of migrants, requiring the release of two Iraqi citizens arrested at JF Kennedy airport New York-based Trump decree which had just entered into force.

The organizations point out that the detention by the Trump decree based only violate the 5th Amendment of the US Constitution, which protects citizens against abuses of executive power and guarantee the juridical security of every individual.
Comprehensively, organizations require that a lawsuit be considered an act covers any person who is in the same situation and can be kept in an American airport.
Organizations defending the rights of immigrants also call on social media in a demonstration outside the terminal 4 of JF Kennedy airport.

Iran decided to respond with reciprocal measures following the decision of Donald Trump to prohibit for three months the entry Iranians and policies six other Muslim countries, the United States, announced the Iranian Foreign Ministry.
