In Manila D'. Russell to clarify the status of US-Philippine relations

The American Assistant Foreign Minister for East Asia and the Pacific, Daniel Russell, visiting the Philippines, where he will meet with the Foreign Minister of the country, about the confusion that has been created on the status of bilateral relations, according to US embassy in Manila.

He also noted that "controversial statements Ntouterte caused climate instability and panic about the intentions of the Philippines" and stressed that "the United States supports the campaign of the Philippines on drugs".
