Syria: At least 44 dead and 170 wounded in a double attack on the city Qamishli


At least 44 dead and 170 wounded is the toll from the double attack today shook the town Qamishli in northeastern Syria, which is populated mainly by Kurds, according to the television network Al Maydeen Lebanon, the official Syrian media and the Syrian HRW.

"Two major successive explosions rocked the west side of town Qamishli which control Kurdish fighters," said the director of the Observatory Rami Abdel Rahman.

The attacks took place near the body responsible for the Defence of the autonomous administration have established the Kurds, in an area where there are many organizations, --kyrios asfaleias-- the autonomous Kurdish administration.
