Venezuela: Changing the time for saving energy and raising the minimum wage



Venezuela went yesterday to a new time zone in order to save electricity, a measure taken by the socialist President Nicolás Maduro, who wanted to alleviate popular discontent due to the crisis by announcing an increase in the minimum wage.
