Telephone communication Obama - Erdogan for Syria and IR


The United States President Barack Obama spoke by telephone yesterday with President of Turkey Tayyip Erdogan about the war in Syria and efforts to defeat the fighters of the Islamic State, announced the White House. Obama also noted the importance of international cooperation to maintain the cessation of hostilities in Syria and to make progress on a political transition in the country through negotiation, the statement wrote.

The two leaders agreed that it is urgent to continue efforts go down and defeated the Islamic State and to stop the ability of jihadist organization organize attacks in Turkey, Europe and elsewhere, the White House said.
