Bulgaria, which remains for the time away from the streets below migrants through the Balkans, will develop more than 400 men at the border with Greece to prevent a possible increase in migratory pressure, today announced the Bulgarian prime minister Boyko Borisov .

"A few hundred people, more than 400, the army, the gendarmerie and the police, will remain here permanently," Borisov said Saturday at the end of a joint exercise of the security forces involving armored vehicles and helicopters, in front of the Greek border near Macedonia.

"About 500 extra men can be mobilized within a few hours at the border, if necessary," he added.

These measures were decided to prevent the emergence of new migratory routes starting from Greece which are excluded more than 30,000 migrants because of the quotas imposed by the countries of the Balkans and Austria no longer let you spend daily despite few asylum seekers.

Immigrant arrivals in Bulgaria from Greece, as the Athenian Agency, is currently rare.
