Tusk: Agreement. New arrangements aimed Britain outside the EU - Cameron: It conceded in Britain "special status
The European Council President Donald Tusk wrote in his account on the social networking site Twitter that the agreement aims to Britain stays in the EU received the unanimous support of all the leaders of the 28 EU Member States.
"Agreement. Unanimous support for new arrangements aimed at #UKinEU (pp Britain within the EU)" Tusk noted.

The British Prime Minister David Cameron announced late Friday evening that secured an agreement at the European Council which granted to the United Kingdom "a special status within the European Union", after negotiations aimed at finding a compromise and prevent output the country by the EU, known Brexit.
"Negotiated an agreement that grants the United Kingdom a special status within the European Union," Cameron wrote in the official account of the social networking site Twitter. "We will propose to the [British] government tomorrow," added Cameron, shortly after the formalization of the agreement by the President of the European Council Donald Tusk.
Tusk said a little earlier that the agreement was adopted unanimously by the 28 heads of state and government.
The pound recorded a rise against the dollar immediately after Tusk statement.
