War Act characterizes the attacks Hollande
French President Francois Hollande said today that the bloody attacks in Paris, of which lost yesterday evening killed 128 people and wounded 250, was "an act of war" organized abroad by the Islamic State with an indoor help. Hollande said he will speak Monday at an extraordinary session of parliament and how the country will be respected official mourning three days.
"What happened yesterday is an act of war (...) held by Dae (the Arabic acronym for the Islamic State) organized abroad with indoor accomplices that research will need to identify," said Hollande speaking at the presidential mansion.
