At 11.8% amounted unemployment in Italy last September, according to data presented today by the Italian statistical institute stood.

The Italian Finance Minister, Pierre Carlo Padoa, however, added that "economic government incentives, which favor the recruitment and will apply for the next year, but will not be able, in any event, to last forever."
