Philippine Defense Minister: Our armed forces can succeed without US help
Bilateral relations between the US and the Philippines passed a difficult period, but the armed forces of the country can do it, if the US withdraw from the bilateral defense cooperation agreement, said today the Minister of Defence, Delphine Lorenzana.
The Philippines intend purchase weapons from China and Russia, while the pronouncements of President Rodrigo Ntouterte for possible degradation or interruption of military relations with the US, not cause reactions within the armed forces, according to YPAM Philippines.
