EU: Extend for six months sanctions against Russia
H European Union decided Monday to extend by six months, until March 15, 2016, sanctions against Russian officials and leaders of eastern rebel Ukraine because of their involvement in the conflict. "An examination of the situation did not justify a change in the sanctions regime, or the list of persons and bodies subject to restrictive measures," he said in a statement the Foreign Ministers' Council.
