Η κυβέρνηση προειδοποιεί ότι αν η Fraport εγείρει θέμα η επαναδιαπραγμάτευση θα είναι συνολική Μύλος με τα αεροδρόμια

Εφόσον υπάρξει θέμα επαναδιαπραγμάτευσης της παραχώρησης των 14 περιφερειακών αεροδρομίων, τότε αυτή θα γίνει σε συνολική βάση αναφέρουν κυβερνητικές πηγές. Οι ίδιες πηγές διευκρινίζουν ότι η ολοκλήρωση της παραχώρησης 14 περιφερειακών αεροδρομίων, χωρίς μεταβολή των όρων που είχαν συμφωνηθεί από τη προηγούμενη κυβέρνηση, αποτελούσε (για ευνόητους λόγους) ρητό όρο της συμφωνίας που προέκυψε από τη Σύνοδο της 12ης Ιουλίου.

Συμπληρώνουν ότι η κυβέρνηση τήρησε απολύτως τα συμφωνηθέντα και χθες, 18 Αυγούστου, δημοσιεύτηκε το σχετικό ΦΕΚ με αριθμό 240.Β/2015.

Τονίζουν επιπλέον ότι αν και εφόσον η αντισυμβαλλόμενη εταιρία εγείρει θέμα επαναδιαπραγμάτευσης της σύμβασης, η επαναδιαπραγμάτευση δεν θα περιορίζεται στα ζητήματα που θα τεθούν από την εταιρία, αλλά θα είναι συνολική.

Το λιμάνι της Μυτιλήνης αναμένεται να προσεγγίσει, αργά το απόγευμα, το επιβατηγό οχηματαγωγό πλοίο «Ελευθέριος Βενιζέλος», προκειμένου να παραλάβει πρόσφυγες από το νησί και να υπάρξει αποσυμφόρηση.

Με τον πρέσβη της Τουρκίας στην Ελλάδα Κερίμ Ουράς (Kerim Uras) συναντήθηκε χτες η αναπληρώτρια υπουργός Μεταναστευτικής Πολιτικής Αναστασία Χριστοδουλοπούλου.

Συζητήθηκαν τα ζητήματα που αφορούν τις αυξημένες προσφυγικές και μεταναστευτικές ροές και στις δυο χώρες, καθώς και οι προσπάθειες που καταβάλλονται από τις δύο πλευρές για τη διαχείρισή τους. Ειδικότερη αναφορά έγινε στους πρόσφυγες από τη Συρία και στην υποχρέωση προστασίας τους. Συμφωνήθηκε ότι η στενότερη συνεργασία των δύο μερών σ' όλα τα επίδικα θέματα θα αποφέρει αποτελέσματα και για τις δύο χώρες.

Σε ό,τι αφορά το θέμα της μεταφοράς προσφύγων και μεταναστών με πλοίο από τη Λέσβο, πηγές του υπουργείου Επικρατείας ανέφεραν στο ΑΠΕ-ΜΠΕ πως η απόφαση έχει ληφθεί και η μεταφορά έχει δρομολογηθεί. Η διαδικασία προχωράει, η καθυστέρηση οφείλεται στη γραφειοκρατία, καθώς πρέπει το πλοίο να ασφαλιστεί, να υπογραφεί η σύμβαση κ.λπ.

Η ΑΕ ο Πρόεδρος της Δημοκρατίας κ. Προκόπης Παυλόπουλος και ο Υπουργός Εθνικής Άμυνας κ. Πάνος Καμμένος μετέβησαν στις εορταστικές εκδηλώσεις με τη φρεγάτα «Έλλη» στην οποία και διανυκτέρευσαν το βράδυ της 14ης Αυγούστου. Είναι η πρώτη φορά που Πρόεδρος της Δημοκρατίας διανυκτερεύει σε φρεγάτα του Πολεμικού Ναυτικού. Καμία άλλη φρεγάτα δεν κατέπλευσε σε Πάρο-Τήνο κατά το διήμερο 14-15 Αυγούστου.

Η Κυβέρνηση που θα έδινε και 13η σύνταξη στους χαμηλοσυνταξιούχους, κατάφερε μετά την πλήρη αποτυχία της «σκληρής και υπερήφανης διαπραγμάτευσης» να κάνει πολύ φτωχότερους όλους τους συνταξιούχους και ιδιαίτερα τους χαμηλοσυνταξιούχους.
Με την ουσιαστική κατάργηση των κατωτάτων ορίων συντάξεων για τη συντριπτική πλειοψηφία των συνταξιούχων του ιδιωτικού τομέα και τη μείωσή τους για όσους θα είναι δικαιούχοι, οδηγεί σε μείωση τις χαμηλές συντάξεις από 22% μέχρι και 50%. Πρόκειται για μια επιλογή ακραίας αδικίας σε βάρος των οικονομικά ασθενέστερων συνταξιούχων.
Ταυτόχρονα επιχειρεί να βρει συνενόχους και να μεταθέσει αλλού τις τεράστιες ευθύνες της για αυτές τις επιλογές.
Χαρακτηριστικό παράδειγμα η μείωση των κατωτάτων ορίων συντάξεων από τα 486 ευρώ στα 393 με εγκύκλιο του Υφυπουργού κ. Χαϊκάλη και η δήλωσή του που διαστρεβλώνει εντελώς την πραγματικότητα, υποστηρίζοντας ότι η μείωση των κατωτάτων ορίων προβλέπεται από τον ασφαλιστικό νόμο του 2010 (νόμος 3863/2010).
Η αλήθεια είναι εντελώς διαφορετική
Ο νόμος 3863/2010 προβλέπει ότι το κατώτατο όριο( Κ.Ο.) σε όλα τα ταμεία ανέρχεται σε 15 Ημερομίσθια Ανειδίκευτου Εργάτη (Η.Α.Ε.) , όπως αυτά διαμορφώνονται κάθε φορά με βάση την Ε.Γ.Σ.Σ.Ε. . Σημειωτέον ότι το 2010 το Η.Α.Ε. ήταν 33,04 ευρώ και ως εκ τούτου το Κ.Ο. σύνταξης προβλεπόταν για το μετά το 2015 καθεστώς συνταξιοδότησης στα 495,6 ευρώ.
Η μείωση του κατώτατου μισθού κατά 22% με την υπογραφή της δανειακής σύμβασης τον Φεβρουάριο του 2012 , δεν αποτελεί προϊόν Ε.Γ.Σ.Σ.Ε. αλλά μια παρέμβαση καλώς ή κακώς από την πλευρά της Κυβέρνησης στα πλαίσια της συμφωνίας, που αφορά τον κατώτατο μισθό και όχι συντάξεις και επιδόματα, που είχαν συνδεθεί με τις μεταβολές του κατώτατου μισθού και ημερομισθίου.
Για το λόγο αυτό η Κυβέρνηση του Φεβρουαρίου του 2012 , με νομοθετική πρωτοβουλία του τότε Υπουργού Εργασίας Γιώργου Κουτρουμάνη, έσπευσε αμέσως μετά την μείωση του κατώτατου ημερομισθίου με το νόμο 4052/2012 άρθρο 138 , να αποσυνδέσει τις παροχές αλλά και τις εισφορές εκείνες που συνδέονταν με το Η.Α.Ε.
Οι διατάξεις λοιπόν που ψηφίστηκαν τότε από τη βουλή, προβλέπουν ότι τα εξωϊδρυματικά επιδόματα που καταβάλλονται στους παραπληγικούς , τους τυφλούς , τους νευροπαθείς , τους μεταμοσχευμένους κ.λ.π., οι συντάξεις στους αγρότες από την πρόσθετη ασφάλιση στον ΟΓΑ, τα επιδόματα συζύγων που χορηγούνται στους συνταξιούχους του ΙΚΑ, οι περικοπές συντάξεων για εργαζόμενους συνταξιούχους, οι εισφορές για την αναγνώριση των πλασματικών χρόνων , τα εισοδηματικά κριτήρια για την υπαγωγή ή όχι στον ΟΑΕΕ για επαγγελματίες σε χωριά κάτω των 2000 κατοίκων και ότι άλλο συνδεόταν άμεσα με το Η.Α.Ε. και επρόκειτο να επηρεαστεί από τη μείωση το κατώτατου ημερομισθίου, αποσυνδέθηκε από το νέο Ημερομίσθιο και οι υπολογισμοί γίνονται με το Η.Α.Ε. όπως είχε διαμορφωθεί πριν την Π.Υ.Σ. ( 6η) δηλαδή με 33,57 ευρώ.
Σήμερα που ήρθε η ώρα της εφαρμογής του νέου τρόπου υπολογισμού για τους συνταξιοδοτούμενους μετά την 1/1/2015 , αυτό που όφειλε να κάνει η Κυβέρνηση είναι να κάνει ακριβώς αυτό που έκανε η Κυβέρνηση το 2012. Έτσι τα κατώτατα όρια συντάξεων δεν θα είχαν μια δραματική μείωση κατά 22% για τους μελλοντικούς συνταξιούχους.
Η αλήθεια όμως είναι ότι έκανε μία ακόμη επιλογή που δείχνει το τεράστιο χάσμα ανάμεσα στα κούφια λόγια με τις ανέξοδες υποσχέσεις και τις σημερινές πράξεις.
Η αλήθεια είναι ότι καταφέραμε να αποτρέψουμε τα προηγούμενα χρόνια με σκληρή πράγματι και ουσιαστική διαπραγμάτευση , σήμερα περιλαμβάνονται στη νέα συμφωνία και στα προαπαιτούμενα που φέρνει για ψήφιση στη βουλή η Κυβέρνηση των ΣΥΡΙΖΑ –ΑΝΕΛ.
Το λιγότερο που έχουν να κάνουν είναι να ζητήσουν μια μεγάλη συγνώμη από τον ελληνικό λαό που εξαπάτησαν και όχι να προσπαθούν ακόμη σήμερα με ψέματα να δικαιολογήσουν τα ατοπήματά τους

Αναφορικά με την διαδικασία ανακεφαλαιοποίησης των τραπεζών ανέφερε ότι μετά τα αποτελέσματα των stress tests μας περιμένουν αποφάσεις για τις ελληνικές τράπεζες, τονίζοντας ωστόσο ότι οι φορολογούμενοι δεν θα είναι οι πρώτοι που θα πληρώσουν για αυτές.
