Precedence of the ruling party candidate in Argentina primaries

With a share of 36.8% prior to the primaries of presidential elections held in Argentina the candidate of the ruling party Daniel Skioli according to preliminary results.
The Skioli candidate of the party Front for the Victory of the outgoing President Cristina Fernandez has promised to gradually change its policies involving strong state control in the economy.
The presidential election in which Fernandez has no right to claim a third term in a row, will be held on October 25.
In second place of yesterday's qualifying is the Mourisio away, the business-friendly mayor of Buenos Aires, whose purpose is to have a good performance in October to a second round in November. Garnered 24.7% counted with 24.5% of votes.
