FYROM: The meeting of the political leaders of the country on the name issue is under way

A meeting of Macedonian political leaders is in progress in Skopje, which discusses the framework for resolving the name issue, which was presented on 17 January in New York by UN mediator Matthew Nimetz.



The meeting includes FYROM President Gjorgj Ivanov, SDSM Leader and Country Prime Minister Zoran Zaev, VMRO-DPMNE, the leader of the largest Albanian leader, Christian Mitschuki, the leader of the largest Albanian party in FYROM, DUI, Ali Ahmeti and Foreign Minister Nikola Dimitrov.



The meeting is being conducted at the initiative of the Macedonian Foreign Ministry, which in its earlier announcement earlier reported that there are no statements to the press after its conclusion.
