North Korea did not show any "interest in" talks with the United States, the State Department spokesman said today despite the opening of communications channels with Washington with Pyongyang.
"North Korean officials have shown no interest in talks on nuclear detonation," he said in a statement, Heather Nawert, recalling the existence of "many channels to communicate with officials in the North Korean regime", to which the US Secretary of State Foreign Rex Tillerson.
