"Greece is in a terrible situation. It is horrible, "said United States President Donald Trub during a meeting with White House reporters, according to a US media report.
President Trab answered a question from a journalist on the Newsmax news site, referring to the US government's position on the International Monetary Fund.
According to Newsmax, the US president has pointed out that he may continue to support maintaining the current level of US funding to the IMF instead of asking Congress to cancel it.
Trab stressed his understanding of the plight of Greece, adding that he would soon unveil his policy with regard to the Organization.
"We will have a new one for the IMF in a few days," added the US president.
