The Polish government accuses D'. Tusk on the case of the crash of the presidential aircraft in 2010

The Polish defense minister accused today president Donald European Council Tusk that an 'agreement' concluded with Russian President Vladimir Putin at the expense of Polish interests after the plane crash in Smolensk in 2010 that was killing the then Polish president Lech Kaczynski and other 95 people.

The ministry warned the military direction of the national Prosecution suspects that Tusk, then prime minister of Poland, made a "breach of trust in international relations" of the country.

The move is part of severe political conflict between the ruling conservative Law and Justice party (PiS) and Tusk.

Poland proved isolated and the positions were repelled at the EU summit earlier this month when the Tusk, a centrist politician, was appointed again by the European Council president, despite the opposition of Warsaw.

A spokesman for the prosecution confirmed that notice of the ministry received, that basically accuses Tusk of treason. Does it have 30 days to decide whether to investigate.

Tusk rejected the accusations against him, speaking of 'emotions and obsessions. " "It is not a matter of legal or political nature, but only feelings and obsessions," he said via email. "Therefore it is not within my remit to comment on matters such as this."
