Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed to conduct "an influence campaign" presidential US election aimed at undermining the democratic process and discredit the candidate of the Democrats, Hillary Clinton, according to declassified report of the intelligence services, given yesterday to publicity .
"Based on our further evaluation, Putin and the Russian government developed a clear preference for the elected President Trump," the report says.
"We also assess that Putin and the Russian government sought to increase his election chances Trump exploiting every opportunity dysfimizontas former Clinton Secretary making publicly undesirable compared to Trump."
The conclusions of the report were based on information collected by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the intelligence service (CIA) and the national security agency (NSA).
The report was posted to the Directorate of National Intelligence website (DNI) which coordinates 17 US intelligence agencies.
US President Barack Obama gave the order for the preparation of the report was updated Thursday for its content.
Donald Trump, after the briefing yesterday by the head of intelligence (DNI, FBI, CIA and NSA) said that any cyber attack did not affect the results of the presidential election on November 8 in the US.
The report clarifies that the "campaign of influence" in Moscow was part of a "communication strategy" inspired by Soviet methods, which included "covert operations, state media, participation of third and Paid users of social media, or trolls".
The elected US Vice President Mike Pens said the Trump will take aggressive action against cyber attacks in the first days of governance.
Announced the Republican chairman of the House of Representatives Paul Ryan said that "Donald Trump won these elections absolutely fair, because he heard the voices of American citizens who felt forgotten."
