Favor of Brexit calls for 55% of Britons, according to a survey on behalf of the Independent newspaper


With a ten units preceded the camp Brexit, as there are now fewer than two weeks for the referendum to be held in Britain to stay or not in the country in the European Union, according to a poll released today by the online newspaper The Independent .

Immediately after the poll was published the pound lost more than half a cent relative to the dollar.

The ORB poll institute was online, a sample of 2,000 persons and conducted the weekend of June 8-9. According to this, 55% of Britons favor of withdrawal while 45% would vote for the country's EU residence.

Note that the respondents were not given the option to answer "do not know".

In the article accompanying the poll results, the newspaper writes that the Brexit camp has extended his lead by four points compared with a similar survey was done in April. This is the highest percentage obtained by the withdrawal after the ORB began polling this question before about a year. Then, the percentage of those who stated that they would vote in favor of leaving was 10 points higher than that of Brexit.
