Kerry: We could break down Russian fighter
The US Secretary of State, John Kerry condemned the low-flying Russian fighter aircraft over the US Navy ship in the Baltic Sea, and described them as "provocative and dangerous" actions.
He also warned that the flight of Russian fighter at low altitude over the American vessel within range of self-protection systems available, could have been developed into debunk if the American side progressed to direct application of rules of engagement available.
The US State Secretary said that talks with the Russians in the hope that such an incident would not be repeated.
