Hollande says that France will proceed with investigations based on information from Panama
French President Francois Hollande said today that revelations about tax evasion through offshore companies, due to investigative journalism and resulted from the so-called most "documents of Panama" (Panama Papers), it is good news that will help to strengthen tax revenue.
"I can assure you that will be carried out investigations on the basis of information coming to light, will open cases and will be lawsuits," said Hollande to visit margin of a company in a suburb of Paris. "These revelations are good news because it will increase tax revenue from those who commit fraud."
Hollande thanked for this irregularity the whistleblowers who have made to these disclosures.
