Russia today expressed deep condolences to the Turkish people,
for the 28 victims of yesterday's suicide bombing attack in Ankara, according to the Russian Foreign Ministry in Moscow.
"Yesterday's terrorist attack underlines the need for cooperation of all countries in the fight against international terrorism," he says meaningfully Russian diplomacy, according to the Athens Press Agency.
The condolences are expressed in a period during which, the diplomatic relations between Turkey and Russia have been frozen since late last November, when Turkish F-16 fighters shot down a Russian bomber Su-24, which was flying near the border Turkey-Syria.
Ankara had argued that the fighter had violated its airspace for 17 seconds, while Moscow argued that the Su-24 was flying inside Syrian airspace.
