The Russians considered the "black box" of Sukhoi front of the cameras

The Russian Defense Ministry opened today public the black box of a military airplane shot down by Turkey last month.

Russian experts led the orange flight data recorder before journalists and diplomats.

Colonel Andrei Semonof said the black box, which was found near the tail section of the aircraft was damaged both by the Turkish air to air missile as well as by the impact of the ground.

Officials said that experts will attempt to analyze its contents over the weekend with the help of specialized equipment before they present their findings Monday.

Fourteen research experts were invited by the Russian authorities to look into the black box of the Russian fighter aircraft, but only two of them accepted the invitation, one from Britain and one from China.
