Syria: continue air strikes International Coalition and Russia

Continue uninterrupted bombings instigated both Russia and the international coalition in the US on the territory of Syria and Iraq.

The Pentagon announced that US aircraft and its allies launched 18 strikes against targets of the Islamic State in the territory of Iraq and Syria on Tuesday. Sixteen raids took place in Iraq, affecting units, vehicles, combat positions, weapons, buildings and a warehouse of explosives near eight Iraqi cities, while the other two were in Syria and targeting two units, a vehicle and a building close to the Hole and Pakala, according to the statement.

On his part, the Russian Defense Ministry said it hit 40 "terrorist targets" in Syria in the last 24 hours, marking a significant decline in business recorded the most recent days.

Bombers Su-34 and land support aircrafts Su-24M and Su-25SM made 41 outings and hit 40 "terrorist targets" in Aleppo provinces, Idlib, Latakia, Hama and Deir Ezor, spokesman of the Russian Defense Ministry Igor General Konatsenkof, adding that Russian aircraft are targeting the "infrastructure of the organization Islamic State".

On Tuesday the aircraft of the Russian Air Force had unleashed 86 air strikes.

Meanwhile, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov reiterated today that so far, Moscow has not received requests for direct military intervention in any country other than Syria and added that should any such will be examined and a decision is taken by the President Vladimir Putin.

The head of Russian diplomacy noted that Russia is closely monitoring the situation in Iraq, as in Afghanistan, but until now only Damascus has requested immediate assistance.

Alongside Sergei Lavrov said that Washington continues to refuse to send a delegation to Moscow and then to welcome a Russian in the US capital, in order to deepen cooperation with the conflict in Syria.

Russian President Putin has proposed for a second time "a meeting in Moscow between senior politicians and military officials" of the two countries, and then proposed to the US government to send to Washington "a delegation headed by the Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev," stated the Lavrov. But the Americans "they answered that (...) will send a delegation to Moscow, nor will welcome a (Russian) in Washington," explained Lavrov before the Russian parliamentary.

In addition to efforts to start dialogue at the political level, senior officers of the armed forces of both countries are expected to present a video conference with the objective of avoiding any engagement between the aircraft attempting to Syrian airspace.
