Russian aircraft hit 60 targets in Syria in the last 24 hours
Chief officer of the armed forces of Russia said today that the Russian Air Force bombed 60 "terrorist targets" in Syria in the last 24 hours, going into a major escalation of strikes in the campaign that began on 30 September, transmit Russian news agencies.
"Russian aircraft carried out 67 exits from the airline Chmaimim basis and 60 bombed terrorist targets" in Pakala provinces, Latakia, Hama, Idlib and Aleppo, said Igor General Makousef the Deputy Head of the Russian General Staff, according to the agencies.
According to the news agency RIA Novosti the Russian Ministry of Defense stated that hit the headquarters of the organization Liu al-Haq, killing 200 rebels, including two senior members of the organization Islamic State (IK).
