Bus collided head-on with a truck near the town of Southwest France, east of Bordeaux, killing at least 42 people. The accident happened early in the morning. while the moment of collision the two vehicles burst into flames.
The bus driver watching the truck coming towards him attempted to escape, but when he realized that the conflict was inevitable opened the doors of the vehicle resulting in some passengers to manage to jump the road and be saved.
