They stopped trains from Germany to Denmark for refugees - Closed motorway

Rail services between Denmark and Germany were discontinued today while a large highway connecting the two countries closed since the crossing about 300 refugees, including women and children, authorities said.

The railway company DSB announced that stopped its schedules, at the behest of the police, after the refusal of some refugees to get off the trains. "The police asked us to do," said a company representative AFP.

Many refugees trying to reach from Germany to Sweden, crossing Denmark. Many of them refuse to be recorded in Denmark, the center-right government which has cut the allowances and privileges granted to refugees until recently.

Nearly 200 refugees aboard three trains from Germany refused to get off the wagons in the city Rontmpi, fearing that if they were recorded by the police would be forced to seek asylum in Denmark and not in Sweden, as they wish. "We know that many want to go to Sweden but of course we can not allow that. So we asked them to start a dialogue. We are waiting patiently to some agree and leave the trains," said police spokesman Carsten Andersen.

A little earlier, a group of refugees, about 300 people left the city school Pantmporgk, southern Denmark and started marching towards the north on a highway, apparently to reach on foot in Sweden. "We try to talk to them to tell them that it really is a very bad idea to walk on the highway," said a police spokesman, adding that at present it is too early to tell if you need to use violence to leave these people from road.
