Turkey: revoked licenses 21,000 teachers
The Turkish Ministry of Education revoked the licenses of 21,000 teachers working in private institutions, today said a ministry official told Reuters news agency, a decision that adds to expulsions of thousands of people in the armed forces, police judiciary, the national intelligence service , the Ministry of Finance, the prime Minister's office and the management of religious affairs, after the failed coup attempt.
The announcement came shortly after the news that the Supreme Educational Council; Council ordered 1,577 deans to all universities to resign.
