Explosions in Kabul shortly after the surprise visit of John Kerry
Explosions today shook the Kabul center, shortly after the surprise visit of the US Secretary of State John Kerry during which called on the Taliban to join the peace process.
Journalists of the French Agency and the news agency Reuters reported that at least two explosions occurred in Kabul's center, in the area where embassies and government buildings, shortly after takeoff the aircraft of the head of American diplomacy.
"One rocket hit near a girls' school, without causing casualties," said Abdul Rahman Rahimi, police chief of Kabul, who added that ongoing investigations to clarify the causes of other explosions.
