The Podemos ready for a coalition of the Left
The head of the Podemos party of Spanish radical left, Pablo Iglesias said he is willing to make compromises, such as not being himself a member of the government, to make way for a coalition government of the left in Spain.
"If, in order to have a progressive coalition in Spain, my presence in the government is a problem for the socialist party, then I'm willing to put aside and not be a member of this government," said Pablo Iglesias at a press conference after meeting with leader of the Socialist Workers Party (PSOE) Pedro Sanchez.
"No more excuses. We showed that we can do aside. In politics, it is good to know when to sidetrack and now it is the turn of the Socialist Party," also said Iglesias.
